This role is for an Affluent Relationship Manager specializing in Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BFSI sector, focusing on upselling investment products to Retail/HNI clients, generating new leads, and providing comprehensive investment planning and advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Upsell MF products and other AMC offerings to Retail/HNI clients from an assigned database.
- Generate fresh leads through references to expand the clientele.
- Achieve assigned business targets by upselling AMC's products and enhancing client net worth relationships.
- Profile customers to provide tailored financial products that meet their specific needs.
- Ensure the highest levels of service to clients, particularly HNI customers.
- Provide comprehensive investment planning and advice.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diverse product mix.
- Act as the single point of contact for the assigned customer.
- Focus on the acquisition and servicing of HNI/UHNI customers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 5 years in BFSI.
- In-depth knowledge of Investment Products (MF/PMS) and financial markets.
- Proven experience in managing Retail/HNI clients.
- Strong skills in client profiling, financial product recommendation, and investment planning.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- NISM certification is preferred.
