Roles and Responsibilities
•
Collaborate with consultants and firms from around the world, fostering strong working relationships.
•
Successfully manage the association with Firms, Experts & Freelancers all over the world. Also maintaining long term relationships with them.
•
Provide support to team members & Mangers in preparation of CVs in particular format, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and proposal requirement.
•
Act as a point of contact for Associate Firms & Experts addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
•
Monitor project/proposal timelines and deliverables assigned, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
•
Participate in business development activities, such as client presentations and networking events.
•
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
•
Scheduling regular meetings with the required associate firms & experts.
•
Data mining & data development from various Research tools.
•
Should have sound knowledge of composing & sending bulk emails.
•
Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams for successfully submission of proposal.
•
Flexible with extended working hours to provide topnotch service to the clients as per the respective country's timeline.
Experience
Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience
Skills • Leadership skills: - Goal Setting, Decision Making, Relationship Building. • CV-writing skills: write CV with proper grammar, a professional appearance, and language which accurately reflects what occurred and flows. • Actively appreciates and includes the diverse capabilities, insights, and ideas of others and working effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant software, computer applications, and equipment; Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
