About the Opportunity

GMart is expanding the GMart Partner Growth Program and inviting growth-oriented Partners, Sub-Partners, Affiliates, Influencers, Resellers, Consultants and Regional Growth Partners to help businesses adopt automation, AI workflows, CRM, WhatsApp Automation, chatbot automation and workflow automation solutions.

This is not a traditional employment role. It is an independent partnership opportunity for professionals and organizations who can generate qualified business opportunities, promote GMart solutions, support customer conversations, and grow with a long-term revenue-share ecosystem.

What You Will Promote
  • GMart Automation for business process automation, workflow automation and enterprise operations.
  • WhatsApp Automation and chatbot solutions for lead capture, customer engagement, support, bookings and follow-ups.
  • CRM, lead management and customer journey automation for SMEs, enterprises and growing businesses.
  • AI-enabled workflows, AI campaign support and automation use cases for sales, operations, service and internal teams.
  • Custom software, integration and automation solutions delivered by Encriss Technologies and the GMart ecosystem.

    GMart support: Relationship support, product and sales enablement, regional / vertical growth opportunity and performance-linked marketing budget eligibility.

    Self-qualification rhythm: Indicative rhythm: GMart Automation 2 licenses / month or 24 / year; WhatsApp Automation 10-15 licenses / month or 144 / year indicative; attribution window 5 years; legacy return window 7-8 years.

    2) Sub-Partner

    Regional Market Participation

    Best for: Small teams, regional consultants, local networks, sales professionals and implementation supporters focused on local market execution.

    Main contribution: Generate leads, support local customer conversations, collaborate with Partners and build traction in specific cities, regions or industries.

    GMart support: Guided support, product and solution training, content support, local execution support, collaboration with Partners and growth path to Partner.

    Self-qualification rhythm: Indicative rhythm: GMart Automation 1 license / month or 12 / year; WhatsApp Automation 6 licenses / month or 72 / year; attribution window 5 years; legacy return window 5 years.

    3) Affiliate / Influencer / Reseller

    Flexible Promotion Participation

    Best for: Influencers, creators, individual consultants, freelancers, communities, business networks and content publishers who prefer flexible lead generation.

    Main contribution: Promote GMart solutions, generate qualified referrals, share campaign assets, register leads and participate through content, network outreach or referral activity.

    GMart support: GMart content, partner microsite availability, product marketing training, campaign material, lead registration support, incentive eligibility and growth path to Sub-Partner or Partner.

    Self-qualification rhythm: Indicative rhythm: no fixed monthly GMart Automation commitment; typical GMart Automation yearly activity 2+; WhatsApp Automation 2 licenses / month or 24 / year; attribution window 1 year; legacy return window 3 years.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Identify businesses that need automation, CRM, WhatsApp Automation, chatbot, AI workflow or custom software solutions.
    • Generate qualified leads through personal networks, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp campaigns, events, referrals, communities, industry connects or digital campaigns.
    • Register leads through the GMart / Encriss process so attribution, ownership and eligibility can be tracked.
    • Understand customer requirements at a high level and coordinate with the GMart / Encriss team for demos, solution mapping and proposal discussions.
    • Use approved GMart content, microsites, campaign material, WhatsApp templates, presentations and product positioning in a professional manner.
    • Maintain ethical business conduct, protect confidential information and avoid making unauthorized pricing, delivery, legal or product commitments.
    • Participate in onboarding, product training and periodic review calls based on the selected partner model.
    What GMart Provides
    • Product orientation and training support around GMart Automation, WhatsApp Automation, CRM, AI workflows and workflow automation.
    • Marketing content, campaign assets, product material, social content support and microsite availability based on partner model and approval.
    • Lead registration and attribution process to protect qualified opportunities.
    • Sales/demo support from the GMart / Encriss team for qualified opportunities.
    • Performance-linked revenue share, incentive eligibility, recognition opportunities and growth path from Affiliate to Sub-Partner to Partner.
    • Future partner workspace direction including CRM, lead management, campaigns, proposal support, knowledge base, training and AI-assisted partner enablement.
    Revenue Share, Incentives and Recognition

    The GMart Partner Growth Program is designed for long-term revenue creation, not one-time referral income only. Eligible partners may earn through revenue share, product expansion, renewals, campaign incentives and recognition based on their selected model and final agreement.

    • Base revenue share for new customers, existing customers and new products - exact percentages to be finalized in the agreement.
    • Performance incentives such as volume-based rewards, quarterly campaigns, premium rewards, travel-style incentives, high-value gifts and special product / geography campaigns.
    • Recognition such as Partner of the Month, Sub-Partner of the Month, Affiliate / Influencer of the Month and Regional Growth Champion.
    • Top performers may be highlighted on GMart portal, newsletters and social channels.

    Commercial Note

    Revenue-share percentages, attribution rules, payout eligibility, incentive criteria, lead ownership, partner rights, marketing-budget support and any regional / vertical exclusivity will be governed only by the final GMart / Encriss partner agreement. This post does not create employment, fixed salary, guaranteed income or automatic entitlement to any incentive.
