Affiliate Partnership Sourcing Specialist (Impact.com & Knox)

Overview

Our client is looking for an Affiliate Partnership Sourcing Specialist (Impact.com & Knox) to join an expanding Shopify-based apparel brand specializing in seamless, full-coverage underwear for women aged 35–55. In this dual-focus role, you will take full ownership of building a scalable partnership ecosystem across the US, UK, Australia, Europe, and worldwide to diversify beyond Meta and Google ads. You will manage and scale the affiliate program using Impact.com while executing daily influencer discovery and outreach via Knox. This full-time position gives you the primary responsibility to discover, negotiate, onboard, and track performance metrics to drive sustainable organic growth.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Beijing Time

Responsibilities

• Actively discover, reach out to, and recruit new affiliate partners (content creators, bloggers, product review websites, and niche publishers) globally.
• Manage and scale the affiliate marketing program utilizing the Impact.com platform.
• Utilize Nox to source influencers matching the brand's niche, maintaining a high volume of daily outreach emails to secure content posting.
• Take ownership of the full collaboration lifecycle: reaching out, negotiating terms, onboarding partners, and tracking performance data.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with PR contacts, creators, coupon websites, and newsletter publishers, reconnecting frequently for new product and campaign launches.

Requirements

• Experience working with affiliate marketing programs, ideally with hands-on knowledge of Impact.com.
• Strong written communication skills, especially in outreach and partner management.
• Highly proactive, self-directed, well-organized, and data-driven.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of collaboration terms and partner negotiation.
• Ability to balance strategic affiliate partner management with daily, execution-focused influencer outreach.

Nice-to-have requirements

• Familiarity with influencer discovery tools such as Knox.
• Basic understanding of SEO as it relates to publisher and review site placements.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) Shopify brands.
• Junior candidates with high motivation and eagerness to learn are welcome, as full SOPs and onboarding will be provided.
