Job Description: Affiliate & Partnership Executive / Assistant Manager

About the Role
As a key member of our Company Emplacement & Lead Owner Model (LOM) vertical, you will be responsible for driving affiliate marketing and strategic partnerships to expand College Vidya's corporate network. This role will focus on affiliate acquisition, performance optimisation, and contract management to enhance revenue growth through a variety of corporate and affiliate channels. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise campaign performance and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for affiliates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Growth
Develop data-driven affiliate marketing strategies to increase lead generation, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
Plan and execute CPL campaigns, ensuring data-driven execution and continuous optimisation for improved ROI.
2. Affiliate & Partner Network Expansion
Identify and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and corporate partners within the Company Emplacement initiative.
Build long-lasting relationships through consistent communication and performance reviews.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Monitor campaign KPIs and metrics, optimising performance to achieve monthly lead and revenue targets.
Oversee lead validation processes to ensure the quality of leads, preventing fraud or incentive traffic issues.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams such as Digital Marketing, CRM, Product, and Sales to ensure that affiliate campaigns align with broader company goals.
Ensure proper tracking systems are in place (S2S, Post back, UTM) and coordinate creative asset usage.
5. Negotiation & Contract Management
Negotiate commission structures, partnership terms, and payout models to maintain profitability.
Ensure adherence to College Vidya's internal policies and contract guidelines while maintaining smooth affiliate operations.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and deliver daily/weekly campaign performance reports for both internal teams and clients.
Use tools such as Tracker, Affine, or Has Offers to monitor and report campaign progress.
7. Market Research & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest CPL trends, affiliate tools, and market opportunities (particularly in education, finance, and health verticals).
Experiment with new publishers and traffic sources to improve campaign performance.
Skills Required
Affiliate Marketing Expertise:
At least 12 years of experience in managing and executing affiliate marketing campaigns, particularly in a B2B environment.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret data, analyse campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to optimise results.
Contract & Negotiation Skills:
Experience negotiating affiliate commission structures, partnership agreements, and working with performance marketing contracts.
Communication & Relationship Management:
Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners.
Data-Driven:
Comfortable working with performance marketing tools (e.g., Tracker, Affine, Has Offers) to track KPIs and optimise campaigns based on data insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to drive joint initiatives.
Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on campaign performance, lead validation, and compliance management, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals.
Pro-activity & Self-Motivation:
A self-starter with a growth-focused mindset, capable of working independently and managing projects from inception to completion.
Bachelor's Degree:
Completed Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with affiliate tools such as CM 360, Tracker, Affine, or Has Offers.
Familiarity with CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) campaigns.
Previous experience in Domestic and International affiliate marketing.
