Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Growth
- Build and scale Decode Age's affiliate marketing program
- Onboard influencers, creators, and partners across health, fitness, and longevity niches
- Identify high-performing affiliates and scale them
Revenue & Performance
- Own affiliate-driven revenue targets
- Track and optimize ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
- Build performance-based payout structures
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Work with creators for performance-led collaborations (rev share / CPA)
- Build long-term relationships with high-converting partners
- Identify micro and mid-tier influencers for scalable growth
Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage affiliate campaigns
- Provide creatives, codes, and tracking links
- Optimize messaging and landing pages for conversions
Analytics & Optimization
- Track affiliate performance using dashboards/tools
- Identify winning channels and double down
- Continuously test offers, creatives, and commission models
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years in affiliate marketing / performance marketing / influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of D2C, e-commerce funnels, and conversion metrics
- Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, etc.) preferred
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
