Lead Affiliate & Performance Marketing
to build and scale our partner acquisition engine for global D2C brands.
If you know how to scout, negotiate with, and scale creators, affiliates, and publisher networks that drive actual revenue (not just empty impressions), we want you on board.

* Role: Lead – Affiliate & Performance Marketing

What You'll Own:
* Identifying, onboarding, and scaling high-converting creators, niche bloggers, and affiliate partners across international markets.
* Managing program tracking, attribution, payout structures, and exclusive promotional offers.
* Equipping partners with assets and talking points to ensure recurring promotion cycles.
* Optimizing conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS across partner channels.
