Overview:

The Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing,

implementing, and managing our affiliate and influencer programs to drive lead generation,

enrollments, and brand awareness for Ezyschooling. This role requires a strategic thinker

with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (educators, career coaches, comparison
  • sites, communities) and influencers (subject-matter experts, academic content creators) relevant to the EdTech sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing them with necessary resources, tools, and ongoing support.
  • Negotiate commission structures and compensation models for affiliates and influencers, ensuring alignment with performance goals.

  • Create compelling content briefs and collaborate with influencers to ensure content

aligns with brand guidelines and educational philosophy.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of affiliate and influencer

campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Manage affiliate and influencer platforms, including tracking, reporting, and payment

processing.

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate

and influencer marketing, particularly within the EdTech sector.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure integrated

campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related performance marketing role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpreta data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking software and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
