Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with affiliates, driving new business and optimizing existing partnerships.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our network.
- Negotiate and manage commission rates, ensuring maximum ROI for our company.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and improve performance.
- Collaborate with other teams (including marketing, creative, and tech) to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in affiliate management within the performance marketing industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CPI, CPR, CPA, CPL, CPE, etc. ).
- A network of existing connections within the affiliate marketing industry.
- Experience with affiliate management software such as FuseClick, HasOffers, Cake, or TUNE.
