About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager with 4-7 years of experience to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, publisher relationships, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and networks.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and manage budgets.
- Analyze affiliate traffic, conversions, and revenue metrics.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership marketing.
- Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, and digital marketing metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in e-commerce.
