Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ropes of affiliate marketing, mobile app campaigns, and performance-driven user acquisition strategies. You will work closely with the Affiliate Managers to support partner onboarding, campaign tracking, reporting, and day-to-day coordination with publishers and networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and mobile publishers.
- Support in managing and maintaining relationships with affiliates.
- Monitor campaign performance (installs, clicks, conversions, ROI).
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup and tracking.
- Help in fraud detection and quality traffic analysis.
- Maintain trackers, update reports, and assist in campaign optimization.
- Learn and use tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust.
- Support payout tracking and reconciliation process.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing terms (CPI, CPA, ROI, etc.) is a plus.
- Good Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Good To Have
- Knowledge of mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust.
- Familiarity with ad networks, affiliate dashboards, or basic campaign analytics.
- Interest in mobile apps, gaming, or fintech industries.
