Affiliate Marketing Executive

Affiliate Marketing Executive / Associate (1–2 Years Experience)

We are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably from an affiliate agency background. The ideal candidate should understand publisher management, affiliate partnerships, campaign scaling, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and scale affiliate marketing campaigns across different channels.

* Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, and affiliate networks.

* Identify new affiliate partners and partnership opportunities for revenue growth.

* Monitor campaign performance, traffic quality, conversions, and ROI.

* Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and overall affiliate performance.

* Handle affiliate onboarding, tracking links, coupon codes, and reporting.

* Analyze competitor affiliate strategies and industry trends.

* Ensure timely communication and strong relationship management with partners.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.

* Prior experience in an affiliate agency is preferred.

* Good understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, ROAS, tracking, attribution, and affiliate funnels.

* Experience working with affiliate networks and publisher partnerships.

* Familiarity with platforms like Impact, Admitad, EarnKaro, Cuelinks, vCommission, or similar networks is a plus.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Analytical mindset with good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

* Ability to scale campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

Preferred Skills

* Understanding of D2C/eCommerce performance marketing.

* Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is an advantage.

* Self-driven and result-oriented approach.
