Affiliate Manager (TikTok Shop)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Affiliate Manager focused on the TikTok Shop platform. In this role, you will manage relationships with affiliate partners, track performance metrics, and develop strategies to drive affiliate sales growth. Additional responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for affiliate accounts, conducting campaigns to boost traffic and engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize marketing efforts. Regular communication with stakeholders to maintain strong partnerships will also be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and relationship building
• Background in Sales and Online Marketing, with a focus on achieving measurable results
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop data-driven strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
