Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to manage affiliate partnerships, publisher relationships, and performance accounts at scale. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in affiliate marketing and publisher ecosystems, along with a good understanding of digital performance marketing.

Experience working with Google, Meta, or Programmatic advertising ecosystems will be an added advantage and highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Publisher Management

• Manage and grow affiliate and publisher partnerships
• Handle onboarding, relationship management, and optimisation of publishers/accounts
• Monitor traffic quality, conversions, and ROI performance
• Identify and scale high-performing acquisition channels
• Coordinate with affiliate networks and external partners

Performance Marketing Coordination

• Work closely with internal growth and media teams
• Assist in campaign execution and optimisation activities
• Track key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
• Support reporting, scaling, and campaign analysis initiatives

Account & Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day communication with partners and clients
• Maintain campaign trackers, dashboards, and reports
• Coordinate with creative, analytics, and tech teams for smooth execution

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems and publisher operations
• Experience with Google publishers/accounts is preferred
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Programmatic platforms will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and partnerships efficiently

Location Requirement

• Candidate should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore
