Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Affiliate Manager - CPI/CPL/CPA Delivery. As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our Domestic affiliate marketing campaigns, with a focus on Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and CPA,CPS, models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign strategies and drive performance. This role is located in Gurugram and will require on-site work.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Prior experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in CPI, CPL, and CPA models.

Experience in managing and optimizing international / domestic affiliate campaigns.

Proficient in campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with affiliates & publishers.

Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
