About This Role
Your job is to turn referrals into a real growth channel for SuperProfile.
You will:
- Find creators, marketers, and agencies who can promote SuperProfile.
- Convince them to join the referral program.
- Get them to actually promote after joining.
- Constantly monitor performance. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.
What You'll Do
- Proactively scout and shortlist potential affiliates globally
- Run outbound via email, DMs, and engagement in relevant communities
- Onboard new affiliates through clear guidance, 1:1 calls where needed, and ongoing communication
- Build strong partner relationships focused on driving trial signups and paid adoption
- Help affiliates launch their first promotion and push for consistent execution
- Reactivate inactive affiliates and remove friction blocking performance
- Collaborate with design and marketing team to create or refine simple promo assets, campaigns, and resources
- Analyze affiliate performance to optimize conversions and identify growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot basic attribution or tracking issues in collaboration with product and tech teams
- Host occasional workshops, webinars or group sessions to help activate affiliates at scale
- Track core metrics: active affiliates, revenue per affiliate, activation rate
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development
- Working knowledge of how creators and marketers drive traffic and conversions
- Extremely comfortable reaching out to strangers on the internet
- Strong written and verbal communication. Clear, direct, persuasive
- High bias toward action and experimentation
- Comfortable working with data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform decisions
Good to Have:
- SaaS or creator economy exposure
- Experience running or supporting affiliate or referral programs
- Familiarity with CRMs, affiliate dashboards, and basic analytics tools
