Experience: Relevant experience in Affiliate Marketing / Business Development preferred

We're looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to join our team and manage relationships with international publishers, affiliates, and networks.

 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with international publishers & affiliates

• Drive and grow affiliate campaigns across direct and indirect campaigns

• Identify new publishers and business development opportunities

• Coordinate campaign delivery, targets, and performance

• Monitor campaign performance, quality, ROI, and conversions

• Negotiate offers, payouts, and campaign terms with partners

• Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis

 What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing & Performance Marketing

• Understanding of CPL / CPI / CPA campaigns

• Hands-on understanding of direct & indirect campaigns

• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills

• Good analytical and Excel/MS Office skills

• Experience working with international publishers/affiliate networks is a plus
