The Role: Affiliate Manager
The Publisher Manager is responsible for the acquisition, management, and optimization of our network of mobile publishers (affiliates, media partners, and ad inventory owners). Your primary goal will be to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality traffic for our performance campaigns, drive revenue for both the publishers and Prismatix, and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding
- Sourcing:Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new mobile publishers, affiliates, and media partners capable of delivering high-quality traffic for CPI/CPA/CPR campaigns.
- Vetting:Conduct thorough due diligence on potential partners to ensure compliance and quality standards are met before integration.
- Negotiation:Negotiate commercial terms, payout rates, and campaign conditions with publishers to ensure profitability and mutual growth.
Relationship Management & Growth
- Day-to-Day Management:Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of publishers, managing all aspects of their relationship with Prismatix.
- Monetization & Optimization:Proactively analyze publisher performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to help publishers maximize their revenue and improve the quality of traffic delivered.
- Campaign Delivery:Coordinate closely with internal Campaign/Media Buying teams to ensure publishers are well-informed of new offers and deliver traffic according to campaign caps and targeting requirements.
- Compliance:Monitor publisher activity to prevent fraudulent traffic and ensure strict adherence to all campaign guidelines and industry best practices.
Reporting & Technical Coordination
- Performance Analysis:Generate regular reports on publisher performance, revenue, quality metrics, and compliance status.
- Technical Setup:Assist publishers with the technical setup and integration process, including postback implementation and tracking link generation.Prior knowledge of working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc., and Ad Serving Tools (e.g., Affise, Trackier) is highly desirable.
- Payment Coordination:Ensure timely and accurate tracking and reconciliation of publisher payments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:2 to 4 yearsof proven experience inPublisher Management, Account Management, or Business Developmentwithin the Ad-Tech/Performance Marketing space.
- Industry Focus (Must-Have):Mandatory hands-on experience working directly with and managing publishers/affiliates at an Ad Network or a Performance Marketing companyfocused on CPI/CPA/CPL models.
- Domain Knowledge:Solid understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem, performance metrics (e.g., eCPI, CR, EPC), and fraud detection principles.
- Negotiation Skills:Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Communication:Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Technical Acumen:Familiarity with performance tracking tools, Mobile Measurement Partner platforms, and the technical aspects of affiliate link and postback setup.
- Work Style:Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
