As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Lead Generation operations and building long-term partnerships with high-quality advertisers and publishers..

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and onboard direct advertisers and publishers to drive consistent revenue.
• Manage existing partnerships to ensure smooth campaign execution and profitability.
• Analyze advertiser requirements and develop effective campaign strategies.
• Set up and manage tracking, postbacks, pixels, and tags to ensure accurate performance measurement.
• Regularly optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and volume.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

What We are Looking for:

• Prior experience in Lead Generation, Ecommerce, or Nutra is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and publisher management.
• Existing publisher connections are mandatory.
• Highly motivated, performance-driven, and growth-focused mindset.

Office Timing: 5 Days a week - Flexible as per markets managed
