Affiliate Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and scale mobile campaigns across global markets. The role involves building strong affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue through CPI, CPA, and CPL models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns focused on mobile (Android & iOS)
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishers
• Drive high-quality traffic for mobile app campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like ROI, retention, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Media Buying, Sales) for campaign execution
• Negotiate payouts, margins, and deal terms with affiliates
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performance
• Ensure fraud detection and maintain traffic quality standards
• Stay updated with market trends, new traffic sources, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on mobile campaigns
• Strong network of affiliates, publishers, and media partners
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
• Good understanding of mobile attribution, tracking links, and postbacks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
