Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will identify and engage with influencers to build impactful collaborations, manage affiliate marketing programs, develop and execute social media strategies, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. The role also includes tracking campaign performance through detailed analytics and optimizing marketing plans to meet organizational goals.

• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Public Relations
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing strategies and platforms
• General understanding of sales practices and campaign execution
• Creative problem-solving capabilities and a strategic mindset
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the influencer or affiliate marketing domain is an advantage
