About the Role
Flipshope is looking for an Affiliate Growth Manager (Publisher Side) who can drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth through affiliate and publisher networks. The role focuses on scaling publisher partnerships, managing high-performing traffic sources, and building strong relationships with affiliate communities, Telegram group owners, deal communities, coupon platforms, influencers, and bulk buyers.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, publisher growth, and performance-driven campaign execution with a strong understanding of the e-commerce and deals ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow publisher-side affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and sales
- Identify and onboard high-performing publishers, affiliate partners, Telegram/deal community owners, and bulk traffic sources
- Scale affiliate campaigns and optimize publisher performance based on conversions and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and traffic contributors
- Track campaign performance, conversions, ROI, and revenue metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery
- Analyze traffic quality and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Work closely with brands and affiliate networks to maximize campaign performance
- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, publisher ecosystems, and traffic channels
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, traffic sources, and publisher-side growth
- Experience working with Telegram communities, deal groups, coupon websites, influencers, or bulk buyer networks is preferred
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and campaign metrics
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of affiliate publishers or traffic partners
- Experience in e-commerce, deals, cashback, or coupon platforms
- Understanding of CPA/CPS/CPI affiliate models
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign optimization
