The Affiliate Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing HELO.AI's affiliate partners,

optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring strong ROI and low Cost Per Lead (CPL). The

role requires hands-on experience in affiliate campaign management, performance marketing,

and data-driven decision-making.

• Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Planning & Execution
• Plan and launch affiliate campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure quality leads and desired CPL.
• Optimize creatives, landing pages, and funnels with internal teams.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track CPL, ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take quick corrective actions.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance.
• Share actionable insights on spend, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Use analytics tools (GA4, Excel, internal dashboards) for detailed analysis.
• Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure all affiliate campaigns follow HELO.AI's policies and brand guidelines.
• Regularly check lead quality to avoid fraud, duplication, or irrelevant leads.
• Skills & Qualifications Required
• 35 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of CPL campaigns, ROI optimization, and partner management.
• Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and media buying partners.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and take quick decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Excel, tracking tools).
• Understanding of the CPaaS / SaaS industry (preferred but not mandatory).
