We are looking for independent, high-performing B2B sales closers to sell our platform to businesses across India. This is a commission-based role where you'll generate leads, close deals, and earn 20% of net revenue on every sale.

What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and approach mid-to-large companies (100-500+ employees)

Sales & Deal Closing Pitch Level SuperMind to HR Heads, CHROs, and Employee Engagement teams

Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships for renewals and referrals

Revenue Growth Drive sales independently with full control over your pipeline

Market Expansion Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the corporate wellness space

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Sales Professionals 2+ years in B2B sales, affiliate sales, or corporate sales

Strong Networkers Connections in HR, employee engagement, or corporate wellness are a plus

Self-Motivated Closers Ability to work independently and close high-ticket deals

Result-Oriented Individuals Driven by performance-based earnings

Excellent Communicators Strong negotiation and presentation skills
