Role Overview
As an Aesthetic Physician at Keynu, you will lead the aesthetic consultation and treatment journey for patients, from first discussion to treatment planning to follow-up and long-term care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient consultations: assess skin/hair/body concerns, listen to patient goals, communicate proposed treatments clearly and ethically.
- Develop personalised treatment plans (injectables, lasers, RF, HIFU, body-contouring, hair-restoration) and explain them to patients in a way that builds trust and conversion.
- Perform advanced cosmetic and clinical procedures with accuracy, safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ensure the best standards of treatment delivery: correct equipment operation, hygiene, device maintenance, safety checks.
- After treatment, give clear post-treatment instructions, monitor immediate feedback, and address any complications or concerns in a timely, professional way.
- Collaborate with and train clinic staff (therapists, nurses, front-desk) on new treatments, protocols, service standards and patient-interaction best practices.
- Monitor conversion of consultations into paid treatments, track patient satisfaction after session 1, and take ownership of continuous improvement in these metrics.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation and follow up on outcomes; escalate complications appropriately and manage risk.
- Contribute to the clinic environment: ensure patients feel supported, valued and confident in the care they receive.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- MBBS / BDS / MDS / Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon /ILAMED certification
- Minimum 4 years experience in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a clinical practice where aesthetic treatments were part of the remit
- Strong knowledge of skin/hair/beauty anatomy, cosmetic devices (lasers, RF, HIFU, microneedling, PRP), body-contouring technologies, injectables (Botox, fillers)
- Excellent communication, ethical practice, and patient-management skills
Preferred
- Certification in Aesthetic Medicine / Cosmetology from globally recognised institutes
- Demonstrated track record of consultation-to-treatment conversion in an aesthetic clinic
- Experience in monitoring patient-satisfaction metrics, handling complications, and providing post-treatment guidance
