Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Aesthetic & Wellness Doctor who is confident in consultations, treatment planning, and delivering a premium patient experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, wellness protocols, and patient relationship management.

This role involves working closely with therapists, nutritionists, and the clinic management team to create customised treatment journeys for clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed aesthetic and wellness consultations

* Create customised treatment plans for skin, hair, body contouring, and wellness goals

* Perform and/or oversee aesthetic procedures and advanced treatments

* Guide clients through treatment journeys with a strong focus on results and retention

* Work collaboratively with therapists and clinic teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes

* Maintain high standards of ethics, safety, and clinical protocols

* Build long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional patient care

* Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness

Preferred Candidate Profile

* MBBS with experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, wellness, or cosmetic procedures

* Strong consultation and communication skills

* Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality

* Experience in luxury clinics or high-end wellness/aesthetic environments preferred

* Passion for aesthetics, wellness, fitness, and patient transformation

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
