Job Description
Product Strategy & Vision
- Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to understand the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals.
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed technical requirements and epics.
- Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural principles.
Backlog Ownership
- Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog ensuring clarity and readiness for development.
- Write high‑quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Balance functional features with technical needs such as refactoring, upgrades, and technical debt reduction.
Technical Leadership
- Partner with Engineering Leads, Architects, and DevOps to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
- Evaluate technical approaches and make informed decisions that balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and engineering best practices.
Delivery Management
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work with the scrum team to clarify requirements, unblock dependencies, and ensure smooth execution.
- Track delivery progress, manage scope, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical details into business‑friendly language.
- Provide clear and timely communication on product status, risks, and trade-offs.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Decision‑making ability balancing business value, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborative mindset with leadership presence in Agile teams
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Cloud or technical certifications are an added advantage.
