Required Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Strong background in Java Full Stack and enterprise application delivery.

Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and Spring ecosystem.

Experience delivering cloud-based solutions on AWS and/or Azure.

Proven experience managing large, complex projects in onshoreoffshore models.

Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience.

Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.

Lead projects using Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models.

Provide technical oversight for solutions built on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud (AWS/Azure).

Act as the primary onsite contact for clients; manage senior stakeholder communication and governance.

Drive seamless coordination between onsite stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

Manage project financials, forecasting, margins, and delivery KPIs.

Handle scope changes, risks, issues, and escalations proactively.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps).

Ensure adherence to quality standards, security, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Job Title: Project Manager Technical (Onshore)

Experience: 1015 Years

Technologies: Java Full Stack, Microservices, Spring Boot, AWS / Azure

Location: Onshore / Client-facing

Role Type: Full-time

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science (Master's preferred).

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are a plus.

1015 years of overall IT experience.

4+ years in a client-facing Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager role.
