Job Description
- Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8 .
- Define coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for the team.
- Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews.
- Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - good to have but not a deal breaker
- Design and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor .
- Develop task workers, event handlers, and workflow definitions.
- Integrate Conductor workflows with existing .NET microservices and APIs.
- Optimize workflow execution, retry logic, and failure handling strategies.
- Architecture & Integration
- Work closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability, scalability, and observability .
- Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred).
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through automated testing and monitoring.
