We're Hiring Aerospace/UAV Systems Design & Simulation Engineer (0–1 Years Experience)

Triterria is developing an existing generation of UAV, autonomous, and aerospace systems spanning aircraft design, simulation, avionics, autonomy, and flight technologies; just making it work this time in India, flawlessly.

We are looking for an early-career engineer capable of contributing across the complete aircraft development cycle—from concept generation and preliminary design to simulation, prototyping, testing, and flight validation.

Role Responsibilities

• Aircraft and UAV conceptual design

• Aerodynamic analysis and performance estimation

• Flight dynamics, stability, and control studies

• Design trade studies and optimization

• Engineering simulations and validation

• Airframe development and prototyping

• Design documentation and technical reporting

• Flight test preparation, execution, and analysis

• Cross-functional collaboration with avionics, embedded, autonomy, and manufacturing teams

Required Profile

The ideal candidate should demonstrate both analytical capability and practical aerospace engineering experience.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Designed and built fixed-wing UAVs, RC aircraft, multirotors, or related aerial platforms

• Developed original airframe concepts rather than exclusively working with commercial or off the shelf hobby kits

• Experience converting design concepts into flying prototypes

• Exposure to foam, composite, CNC, laser-cut, 3D-printed, or other prototype manufacturing methods

• Performed flight testing, tuning, troubleshooting, and iterative design improvements

• Practical understanding of the relationship between aerodynamic design, structural constraints, manufacturability, and flight performance
