Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the production and R&D teams in manufacturing of aerospace and advanced composite components.
- Support day-to-day shop-floor activities, including material preparation, lay-up, curing, trimming, and finishing of composite parts.
- Help in handling raw materials, tools, molds, and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
- Assist in prototype development, testing, and trial builds under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support process documentation, work instructions, and basic production records.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and 5S practices in the manufacturing area.
- Assist in inspection and basic quality checks of produced components.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of production and R&D activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in process optimization and productivity.
- Follow company policies, discipline, and confidentiality requirements strictly.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / BE / BTech / BSc candidates from Mechanical, Aerospace, Production, Manufacturing, or related streams.
- Willingness to work in a startup manufacturing environment and learn on the job.
- Physically fit to work in a production/shop-floor setup.
- Strong interest in aerospace, composites, and R&D manufacturing.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and basic communication skills.
- Only candidates from Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply, as accommodation will be provided on-site.
Internship Terms
- This is an unpaid internship.
- Food and accommodation will be provided by the company during the internship period.
- Internship certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
