Description
Experience Range : 5 - 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager, with hands-on expertise in AJO, RTCDP, CJA, and AEM modules
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring seamless integration across AJO, RTCDP, CJA, and AEM modules
- Develop and configure workflows in Adobe Journey Optimizer and AEM to drive personalized customer engagement and automate marketing processes
- Build and manage Real-Time Customer Data Platform segments and AEM content structures to enhance audience targeting and data activation
- Leverage Customer Journey Analytics and AEM analytics to analyze user behavior, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect scalable solutions, and deliver end-to-end AEP and AEM projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across AEP and AEM components, ensuring high availability and data integrity
- Optimize platform configurations and integrations to improve system performance, scalability, and data flow
- Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing and process improvement
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Strong expertise in Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant Adobe certification (such as Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Experience Manager) preferred
