Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Specialist role located in Ahmedabad. The AEO Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global trade and customs regulations, managing and maintaining AEO certification processes, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Additional tasks include preparing documentation, analyzing trade operations, and improving processes in line with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of global trade compliance, customs regulations, and AEO certification requirements
• Skills in document management, preparing compliance reports, and handling trade documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and optimize trade processes
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for compliance reporting and trade operations
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
• Certification in customs compliance or experience in AEO certification is highly desirable
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments and ensure accurate, on-time deliverables
