AEO Specialist

About the Role

Hunar is looking for an AI Search & Discovery Specialist to own how Hunar shows up — and gets recommended — inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok. This is not a traditional SEO role. You'll be building Hunar's presence in the new layer of discovery where buyers ask AI assistants what's the best AI hiring software instead of typing it into Google. You'll sit at the intersection of SEO, content marketing, and product marketing — researching what AI models cite and recommend, building the content and community presence that earns those citations, and reporting on visibility the way a modern growth team should.

What You'll Do

AI Search Visibility

• Track Hunar's visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok

• Measure mentions, recommendation frequency, and share of voice vs. competitors

• Diagnose why Hunar is or isn't being recommended, and fix it

Content & Authority Building

• Build comparison pages, industry pages, research reports, benchmark reports, use-case content, and FAQ libraries designed to be cited by AI models

• Prioritize content based on search intent, commercial intent, competitive gaps, and AI citation potential

 Community & Citation Growth

• Develop Hunar's presence across Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora, G2, Capterra, and relevant industry communities

• Grow the third-party citations and mentions AI models pull from AI Visibility Reporting

• Own a monthly report on citation growth, AI visibility score, competitor benchmarking, and AI referral traffic

• Tie AI search performance to qualified leads and pipeline

• Hands-on AI search optimization (AEO) experience

• Experience with Perplexity, ChatGPT, or Gemini visibility tracking

• A clear, repeatable monthly reporting rhythm on AI visibility and its business impact
