About the Role

We are looking for an SEO & AEO Specialist who can take ownership of Zeno's visibility across Google and AI-powered search/answer engines.

This is a results-driven role. We are not looking for someone who simply publishes blogs or prepares SEO reports. You will be expected to identify opportunities, execute strategies, test, measure and improve results.

What You'll Work On

Build and execute SEO + AEO strategies to improve Zeno organic and AI-search visibility.
Research search intent, conversational queries, topics and content gaps.
Optimize website pages and content for Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other answer engines.
Build topical authority through content planning, internal linking, entity optimization and relevant brand mentions.
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to outrank or outperform them.
Improve existing content and create new content briefs based on business and search opportunities.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads and AI visibility/citations.
Run experiments and continuously improve based on measurable results.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, content strategy and technical SEO fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog.
Strong understanding of how content is discovered, evaluated and surfaced by search engines and AI systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect SEO/AEO activities to measurable outcomes.
Strong research, content and competitor-analysis skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Candidates who only have experience with keyword research, blog publishing or routine SEO reporting without measurable outcomes may not be a fit.

You do NOT need prior experience with specific AEO/AI visibility tools. We care more about your understanding, execution ability and results.
