About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced AEM Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and high-performing digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of AEM architecture, hands-on development experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex enterprise implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the architecture and design of AEM-based solutions for large-scale web applications.
- Lead technical planning, solutioning, and implementation using AEM Sites, Assets, and Headless CMS.
- Guide development teams in AEM best practices, component design, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
- Ensure code quality, reuse, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM features and Adobe product ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in AEM architecture, component design, and custom workflow development.
- Strong experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, and HTL.
- Knowledge of Adobe I/O, GraphQL, SPA Editor, and Headless CMS integrations is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud hosting (Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS), and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
