This role is remote-based in India and focuses on backend AEM development, AEM Sites implementations, and AEMaaCS production deployments.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, Sling Models and HTL components for scalable web experiences.
- Build and extend backend services using OSGi, Sling servlets, and Java to integrate AEM with microservices and RESTful systems.
- Own AEMaaCS build and deployment workflowsconfigure Cloud Manager pipelines, resolve build issues and support production rollouts.
- Implement caching strategies and Dispatcher configurations to optimise content delivery, page performance and CDN behaviour.
- Author unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and enforce CI/CD, code-quality and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform performance profiling and mentor teammates on AEM engineering standards.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and CI/CD pipeline experience for enterprise AEM landscapes.
