Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Guides Senior Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and AEM Guides. The candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing structured content solutions using DITA/XML, implementing authoring and publishing workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting scalable technical documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and customize solutions using AEM and AEM Guides.

Develop DITA-based authoring and publishing workflows.

Configure DITA maps, topics, templates, metadata and content models.

Customize AEM Guides Web Editor and publishing processes.

Develop AEM components, services, workflows and integrations.

Implement publishing to PDF, HTML5 and other output formats.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

Participate in technical design, code reviews and deployments.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with AEM Guides (XML Documentation).

Strong knowledge of DITA, XML, DITA Maps and structured content.

AEM development – Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR and HTL.

AEM workflows, templates, components and metadata.

DITA-OT and publishing/output generation.

REST APIs and integrations.

Git, Maven and CI/CD.

Good to Have

AEM as a Cloud Service.

AEM Assets/DAM.

Custom Web Editor extensions.
