About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms Lead to drive the design and delivery of adaptive digital form solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. This remote role involves leading technical teams, ensuring high-quality development, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement scalable, user-friendly AEM Forms. Ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in AEM Adaptive Forms and enterprise-level form solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of solutions using AEM Forms, particularly Adaptive Forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and deploy scalable AEM-based digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for junior team members.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, performance tuning, and adherence to best practices in AEM development.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in AEM Forms architecture, components, workflows, and integrations
