• Experience with AEM architecture patterns multi site setups and scalable content modeling strategies
• Proficiency with modern front end development used alongside AEM EDS HTML CSS JavaScript and component driven UI practices
• Experience with CI CD pipelines and release automation to improve delivery speed and reliability
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and operational best practices for enterprise web platforms
• Demonstrated consulting skills stakeholder management clear communication and the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
