Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AEM DevOps Engineer to manage and support a global Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform used by multiple agencies across different projects and regions. The role involves ensuring platform stability, release management, environment governance, CI/CD automation, security compliance, and operational support for globally distributed teams.

This role requires early morning support availability to coordinate with offshore/global teams and manage production-critical activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain enterprise-wide AEM environments across Development, QA, UAT, Stage, and Production.

· Ensure high availability, stability, scalability, and performance of the AEM platform.

· Monitor platform health, logs, integrations, and infrastructure components proactively.

· Coordinate platform governance across multiple agencies and delivery teams.

· Automate build, deployment, testing, and release processes using DevOps best practices.

· Manage deployment schedules, rollback strategies, and release approvals.

· Manage code promotion across environments while ensuring platform compliance.

· Collaborate with agencies to resolve deployment conflicts and platform dependencies.

· Support AEM as a Cloud Service infrastructure operation.

· Monitor CDN, dispatcher, caching, SSL certificates, DNS, and networking configurations.

· Implement and maintain platform security best practices.

· Manage user access, secrets, certificates, and environment-level permissions.

· Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit, and governance standards.

· Provide early morning operational support for global teams and production activities.

· Perform incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.

· Coordinate with multiple agencies and stakeholders during critical incidents.

· Ensure SLA adherence for production support and platform availability.

· Act as a central DevOps contact for multiple agencies working on shared AEM platforms.

· Define and enforce deployment standards, operational processes, and DevOps guidelines.

· Support onboarding of new projects/agencies onto the global AEM platform.

· Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform administration and DevOps.

· Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, AMS, or On-Prem implementations.

· Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

· Experience with Git branching strategies and release management processes.

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.

· Knowledge of Dispatcher, CDN, caching, SSL, and web server configurations.

· Experience in monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or CloudWatch.

· Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced global support environment with early morning availability.

Preferred Skills

· Adobe certifications in AEM or Cloud technologies.

· Experience supporting large-scale multi-brand or multi-region AEM platforms.

· Experience working with distributed agencies and enterprise governance models.

· Understanding of security compliance and enterprise operational standards.
