Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• experience in AEM 6.3 and above technologies
• Strong knowledge on AEM Backend development.
• Strong knowledge on creating custom workflows, Event Listeners, OSGI Services, Components and Servlets.
• Good understanding of OSGI, Felix Console.
• Experience in MSM implementation and third part translation integration.

Good-to-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Exposure to Adobe marketing cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Campaign, Target, Launch, Audience Manager and DTM.
• Strong understanding of the development and deployment process within AEM, including automated build processes using Apache Maven, Jenkins and Artifactory.
• Strong understanding of the base templates and components provided by AEM using HTL (formerly Sightly)
• Strong understanding of the integration of AEM with Adobe Digital Asset Management platforms
• Experienced in end to end REST API development and solutioning.
