AEM Developer

Job description

Design and develop AEM Guides components based on project requirements.

Develop and maintain reusable components, frameworks, and libraries

Design and maintain integrations with both custom-built and third-party applications

Deliver interactive and user-friendly Guides solutions in close collaboration with

product owners, UX/UI, and technical writers

Actively participate in stand-ups, code reviews, demos, retrospectives, and other

Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies throughout every two-week Sprint.

Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements

analysis, software development, testing, and deployment

Troubleshoot issues related to AEM Guides, components, rendering across

development and production environments

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternative solutions and

technologies to present for review

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work

experience

4+ years of hands-on experience working with AEM versions 6.3 and above with

Guides/XML Add-on and DITA experience

Ability to communicate technical and complicated concepts

4+ years of experience working with Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, REST, JavaScript,

jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS or other related technologies

Strong understanding of version control, especially Git branching models

Required Primary Skills

Adobe AEM Development experience with Java

Secondary Skills

AEM Guides experience

AEM Digital Asset Management development/customization experience

Required Skills UI/UX, Agile/Scrum
