Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring high performance and scalability
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Customize and extend AEM features such as DAM, workflow, user management, and tagging
Develop integrations between AEM and other systems (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing tools)
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM applications for better performance
Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and testing to ensure software quality
Stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Manager features, upgrades, and & Skills :
Proven experience as an AEM Developer with hands-on development using AEM 6.x versions
Experience in developing custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but a plus)
Experience with Maven, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools for build and deployment automation
Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web content delivery
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
