  • Adobe certifications such as:
  • Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Developer
  • Adobe Certified Master – AEM
  • Experience with Headless CMS, SPA Editor, or frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to accessibility (a11y) and performance optimization best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using AEM Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
  • Build and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services.
  • Develop solutions using Sling Models, HTL (Sightly), JCR, and Core Components.
  • Implement headless and hybrid AEM solutions using AEM GraphQL and Content Fragments.
  • Integrate AEM with external systems (REST APIs, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, third‑party platforms).
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security for cloud‑native AEM deployments.
  • Follow CI/CD best practices using Cloud Manager, Adobe pipelines, and DevOps tools.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, accessibility (WCAG), and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root‑cause analysis.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with AEM Core Components and Editable Templates.
  • Solid understanding of AEM Cloud architecture, dispatcher, and CDN concepts.
  • Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with RESTful services and API-based integrations.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
