Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure AEM applications on AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Collaborate with UX designers, content authors, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Build custom AEM components, templates, and workflows using Sling, HTL, JCR, OSGi, and AEM Core Components.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for AEM Cloud using Cloud Manager.
- Leverage AEMaaCS capabilities like Dispatcher Configurations, Environment Management, and Cloud Manager Pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical best practices.
- Integrate AEM with third-party services and REST APIs.
- Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and SEO.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in AEM Development, with at least 1-2 years on AEM Cloud.
- Proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, JCR, Maven.
- Strong understanding of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Workflows.
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher configurations and CDN integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Manager, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube.
- Familiarity with Adobe I/O, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with headless AEM (Content Fragments, GraphQL) is desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, sprint planning, and Jira usage.
