AEM Backend Developer
Experience - 3 to 5 years

Core skills required- AEM, Java/J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher configurations, and RESTful services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Backend AEM Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies and a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AEM-based web applications and backend components.
- Implement custom AEM components using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
- Integrate AEM with external systems using RESTful services and APIs.
- Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for caching and load balancing.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
- Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
- Proficiency in AEM Dispatcher configurations and caching strategies.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful web services.
- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, and templates.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
