AEM Assets Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage files and folders within Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Define and implement metadata schemas and tagging strategies for Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Configure both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom Access Control Lists (ACLs).
• Develop and implement asset collections, search filters, asset templates, and integrate with InDesign Server.
• Write code for custom workflows, components, and templates.
• Implement integration between Adobe Cloud Assets and Workfront using connectors.
• Integrate Brand Portal with Adobe Cloud Assets and configure Brand Portal components.
• Design and implement review and approval processes for asset publishing.
• Integrate Adobe Creative Cloud with Workfront and Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Develop migration utilities or leverage ACS Tools to migrate assets from various platforms into Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Implement analytics script integration for assets and components.
• Build and deploy code using CI/CD pipelines.
• Write and maintain unit tests.
• Define and configure interactions between Adobe Cloud Assets, Workfront, Brand Portal, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Assets and AEM.
• Expertise in defining metadata schemas and tags for Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Strong experience with Adobe Cloud Assets OOTB and custom workflows.
• Proficient with asset templates and good knowledge of InDesign Server.
• Experienced in asset collection, Omni Search, and other asset features.
• Skilled in integration of Adobe Cloud Assets with Workfront, Brand Portal, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with connectors and plugin integration with Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Proven experience in migrating assets from various platforms to Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Nice to have: Experience with Adobe Analytics integration.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of security and performance tuning.
• Proficient with GIT and version control processes.
• Good knowledge of build tools (Maven) and deployment pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
• Strong experience in configuration management.
• Awareness and experience with unit test frameworks.
