Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AEM Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. The ideal candidate will ensure platform stability, support deployments, and collaborate closely with development and operations teams to maintain high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AEM environments, including installation, configuration, and deployment.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high platform availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related technical issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy code and digital assets.
- Perform regular maintenance activities such as backups, upgrades, and patching.
- Ensure security compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize AEM configurations to improve system performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash.
- Experience with AEM Dispatcher and Apache-based configurations.
- Familiarity with operating systems including Linux/Red Hat and Windows.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Runners.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Apache, and CDNs.
- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture and AEM Dispatcher.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and AWS CloudWatch.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
