This role is for an AE Sales GT in the FMCG (Tobacco) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company distributors, market touring, and driving sales across various product categories within the assigned branch geography. This is a permanent, full-time position with a focus on sales and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company distributors within the assigned market within the branch geography.
- Oversee sales of cigarettes, food products, stationery, personal care products, and Modern Trade.
- Conduct compulsory market touring to drive sales and support distributors.
- Prepare reports and plans at the branch during the first week of every month.
- Report directly to the Area Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: UG/PG (any).
- Strong inclination towards sales and distribution.
- Market orientation with a focus on understanding market dynamics.
- Confidence in engaging with distributors and clients.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
